I moved to Rochester in fourth grade and never left. I am a proud Rochester Public Schools graduate. I obtained my Bachelors in special education from Winona State. I have been working with people and children with disabilities since 1999 as a direct support worker, teacher, nonprofit, and policy.
My work with people with disabilities showed me a system that is not working for everyone. The system should not benefit certain people or leave out the voices of others. The system is not working for all Minnesotans I am committed to improving it.
I believe in people and I envision a government that works for all people. My whole life people have told me I am always moving, talking, DOING something. Elected officials have a responsibility to get things done to benefit EVERYONE. I want to get things done for Southeastern Minnesota.
“I believe in people and I envision a government that works for all people.”
